A round garnet (approx. 5mm) is prong-set in the center of a sterling silver table laden with glittering "petals" of round pavé-set marcasite (approx. 1.6mm) and milgrain trim. The edge of the table is adorned with round prong-set garnets (approx. 1.5 to 3mm) and each shoulder boasts a heart-shaped cutout.
