The stone has fallen out three times. Each time returned it cost $17(inc. postage plus MA's fees). The final return prompted a call from USA Gold. The caller stated, "Your nephew must wear the cross often for the stone to fall out three times." WHY WOULD YOU BUY A PIECE OF JEWELRY IF YOU CAN'T WEAR IT! Anthony said on HSNtv that he wears his 24/7. I offered to pay to secure the stone with prongs or some other method; however, was told that was impossible. I am very disappointed in the service.

The cross was very "neat" I thought and purchased 2 of them for
two sons( one of which is a minister). I also purchased 2 different style of chains for my boys. BOTH broke with in 3 months. I had also purchased a chain for myself, it also broke. I sent mine back to HSN and it was replaced. But it broke too, before I finished paying the flex pays!!!

This piece is so awsome! VERY intricatley detailed yet sturdy and well put together. The resin set stone is nicely done and the history/certificate is a great tool! The solid back makes it even better, more substantial and a nice heirloom too! I'm VERY pleased!

I purchased this as a gift for my Mother and had it shipped directly to her. She has had it for about 45 days and LOVES it. She hasn't taken it off since she received it and said she hasn't had any problems with it snagging her clothing, etc. She is in reverent awe of the engraving on the back and I'm happy I was able to buy this for her. She is my rock and the closest person in the world to me.
