HSN ...Don,t you have quality control on this item..Can't you see every one is getting broken bracelets...Look in the box before you ship..And you are still selling these???? Ladies..Don't waste your money or time on this and also the elastic that it is strung on is a joke!!!!

When I received the first order for this item, it came broken. Called cust. svc. and they sent out another one and it is perfect. I also ordered the smoky quartz and it is just as beautiful and it arrived intact. Don't be afraid to order, they are gorgeous and reasonably priced.

i ordered both the lovely blue ice and crystal quartz in this bracelet, and had to return both because one day wear the elastic rubber band broke and i was picking the pieces off the floor. beautiful bracelet and would be comfort if the band had better workmanship to it. RE-DO this one please

I ordered the clear quartz bracelet. It arrived with the elastic band shredded. I exchanged it for another which was damaged exactly the same way. I had thought that they had just resent me the same bracelet. But the customer service rep said that wasn't possible. Must have been a bad batch. Bummer! I give up. It would have been quite pretty had it been intact.

broken. They should really give up on these...let's say inexpensively made stretch bracelets. It's like wearing gems on a rubberband.....invest in a clasp and some wire and make a decent product. By the way...returned.
