Received these earrings broken!... Maria9, NY Rating

These are beautiful earrings, but when I opened the box upon receiving them in the mail, one of the pearls was completely broken off one of the earrings! I returned it immediately, asking for another pair! I don't think the customer should be required to pay the postage to mail them back when they are received broken! If you get these earrings in tact, however, they are quite beautiful!
