I was so excited to get a larger box to match my smaller ones. I got the chocolate brown. The material they used to cover the box was so awful and came no where near the small richer looking boxes I ordered last year. It was so ugly it made me furious with HSN. Why would they mess with a good thing? I would rather pay a little more and get something nice. Colleen, you better get with your suppliers and buyers and get the good stuff back in stock, because the ratings on these boxes are going to drop like a rock.

I was sooo looking forward to receiving this jewelry box in 'chocolate' ( I own the ring box in the same color and it looks really elegant !), but how disappointing the outcome: while the box is pretty big, nicely appointed and would hold lots of treasures (5 stars) I can't get over the ugliness of this particular color ( dark brown with cream colored pattern). Hopefully I will have better luck ordering one in black.

This jewelry box has just the right amount of storage and great compartments. I use the two side drawer compartments, (six on each side), for broches, pendants, and chains. The two front drawers' hold my smaller cuffs or larger pin, and the top can hold a large necklace along with rings and some smaller pins. I would recommend this jewelry box to anyone who would like to store different sizes and styles of jewelry. I ordered the red and think the color is terrific!

This box is a great size. It is arranged nicely. I would have liked a better quality but at this price it is still a good value. I do wonder how long it will last? The top will not stay open without being held. You can tell it is mostly held together with glue.
