So disappointed

I bought this ring to match a specific outfit and occasion. I relied on Colleen''s Picks and selected this ring and saved it for the occasion. Wore it once and one of the stones fell out. Am trying to return it, it is defective. I hope HSN allows a grace period after the 30 days. It has only been 2 months and wore it one time. Where is quality control?

This ring is very pretty and looks expensive... sitting in the box. However, it is very wide on the finger and looks unflattering on. It runs true to size but is so fat and chubby that it does not look good on. If it was a different style I would have kept it. If you look at the video, it looks the same way on Colleen. If you like that look, then go for it.

I liked the design of the ring well enough. But the first time wearing it, on the way home in the car, I found that one of the large round crystals had fallen out. I''m sending it back and can''t decide whether to get credit or a replacement. I''m afraid the replacement will do the same thing.
