There have been pros and cons about this ring, but I find it absolutely elegant and very high quality. The stone is a beautiful aqua-blue, deeper than the paraiba, but not royal blue either. I love the east-west mounting as it really shows off the stone. The oval design is very sparkly and really reflects the sunlight too! I love the etch-work around the bezel and the unique setting with no prongs. I think this is one of the prettiest London' blue rings I've seen and you can't beat the price! Colleen has some beautiful rings in her line and this one is definitely a keeper!

I sent mine back bacause I wasn't thrilled with it. It was too tall on my fingers, didn't fit right and it actually made my thin fingers look fat, which is odd. I think the setting is great, but I didn't like anything else about it.

The London blue in the ring I received is nicely cut and set; however the Thai silverwork is surprisingly light. This is an okay ring because of the stone and the cool design, but I wouldn't pay any more because, remember folks, the topaz in this ring probably cost $1.00 or so wholesale. Twice the amount of silver would have improved this ring a whole lot since silver is selling at $18.40 per once as I write this review. There are 31.1 grams in an ounce. I doubt this ring has much more than six grams or less than $4 worth of silver at today's (11.17.09) spot price. Herewith, this setting feels sort of like it might have been bought in that store with a big "K" in its name. Still, a nice ring - but then I'm addicted to beautiful blues...
