Since it is a customer pick, then probably it's just one of few items that are not as good. I got mine and it looks cheap. The lock is bad, the colors are dull (unlike other yellow jasper I have), the workmanship is poor - it is not SYMMETRICAL (and being assymetrical is not part of design for this one.) It does not stay at place, keeps getting tangled, and therefore looks even more crooked. AGAIN, I am sending it back... I've been an HSN coustomer for 16+ years, but last couple of years more stuff goes back then what I keep.

This necklace is very nice -- great style, too. The jasper is not as yellow as seen on TV, but more of a golden to almost a wooden brown color. I also bought the matching earrings.

Beautiful necklace, but not quite as bright yellow in color as illustrated on the web page. Lots of silver beads and the jasper are quite nice.
