It is really beautiful but I never wear pieces this large. I got it for my nieces wedding and the dress is strapless, so I'm trying to decide if I am going to try a new look and keep it.

Ladies, I read your reviews and want to tell you I found a way to 'saturate' the large amethyst beads, wich looked 'dried' out when arrived, as you stated. I polished them with mineral oil, and voila, the beads look rich and saturated. I absolutely love this necklace, so gorgeous, very wearable, goes with everything!!! Looks and feels fabulous on the neckline. Love, love, love.........

I just got this necklace and it is absolutely beautiful. I disagree with the other reviews, the stones in the center of necklace they are light but I think that was the intention of the disigner, the sparkle. It is a bold necklace but I am in love with it.

Necklace is too heavy to be worn comfortably! The length is also very short perhaps because of the size of the stones.The gemstones are very dull. Definitely returning-not what I expected nor worth the $$.
