I bought two of these thinking they would be cute for my grand nieces. Boy, was I shocked when I opened the box. Both chains were completely tied in knots and no matter how hard I tried I could not untangle them. There is one tiny black diamond, one tiny white diamond. The Panda's nose didn't even look right. I didn't expect a lot for the price, but this was really bad.
