The ring I received was not an open weave on the top, it was a tight weave of criss crosses and very light weight, and much smaller than I was expecting.

This is a very classy ring. Big, but not too, eyecatching and very comfortable. I like jewelry that is not run-of-the-mill and HSN nails it with this ring. The platinum is striking and looks like so much more money was spent on it. I love it!

I have this ring in Silver. I loved the square shape and i needed a Silver Ring. However, I have gotten much better value from HSN at this price in the past for technibond. It may look better in the Gold color but from the previous reviews, it doesn't seem that way. Other reviewers also feel this ring is overpriced. I would buy it in Gold if the price came down. Maybe if the ring was a solid , heavy piece of Sterling it would warrant the price, I guess, we are paying for the 'Cuts in the Silver". Oh well, enjoy it everyone.

Honestly, I can't tell the difference in this ring and the 14K ring I have had for years. My original ring is domed and has diamond cutting. I have always loved that ring and couldn't resist having one in the square shape. Love, Love, Love.
