These are the worst quality amethyst stones I ever saw. There wasn''t even one that was clear. Add to that, some rough edges and corners that could catch on clothing. I''m returning it.

I had some doubts about whether this would work for me when I ordered it, but decided that the sale price made it worth checking out. Am I ever glad I got it... it is exceptionally pretty and unusual looking... has a distinctly bohemian look about it. Yes, it is definitely a weighty piece, but I tend to like that. (I like to know that I am wearing a necklace without having to touch it to make sure it is stil there.)

The stones have a lot of white in them & the configuration of the stones is not attractive. I bought sight unseen over the phone & it was a mistake.

I like the weight of this piece. The color variations are big but add interest to the necklace. Very different and fun.
