This is my second cameo purchase, and I love it! Wished there had been a little more pink- but it truely is a work of art. I''m saving my money to purchase another cameo!

What happened to the pink? Carving is nice, but impossible to tell that it was carved out of a conch. More pink and it would be fantastic. Am returning mine because of color(lack of)only.

I trusted M&M Scognamiglio and gave this cameo a try, since any with pink are hard to find, and I like the modern styles with bangs. She looks like a young Grecian goddess. Carvings in flowers, leaves and hair are divine and pure white. Good deal of pink, mostly on right side. Facial expression looks like she''s keeping a secret. No problem with bail or pin yet. Anything could happen, but will wear with care. The matte pink background suits her softness and youth. Its more art than jewelry!

I thought the cameo was very pretty and I loved the size-but the bale was a little off to the side and the pin stuck out-you can see it...I did feel that the bale would break in a matter of a few wears--not happy with the setting---the pin laying against my skin was irritating...if not forthe awful pin and frail bale I would have loved this cameo forever--I sent it back--for 500.00 plus the bale needs to be safe and sturdy to hold that size cameo.

I realized from the picture that the coloring was pale but expected to see some pink. The background is white (same as the womans face) Also the background is flat not shiny as my other cameos are. The back of the cameo is pink and shiny. The carving is lovely and has a lot of dimension. I should have realized there was something wrong since this one was on flex pay and the 3 others were not. Sent back. Waiting to see what others say aboput it.
