NICE RING!... 123fk, NJ Rating 2/4/2012
I bought this ring for my son for Christmas. It looks just like the picture. However, after wearing the ring for only a few hours, the black onyx fell out of the ring. He was so disappointed. I called Customer Service to re-order but they said the ring was sold out in size 12. They suggested that I take it to a jeweler and have the stone re-set and that HSN would give me an allowance toward the repair. I took it to a jeweler and they were able to epoxy the stone. The repair worked.
