I love amethyst and was a little worried because of the review this ring received, however it is stunning. It is a very large amethyst ring for an extremely reasonable price. The color of the amethyst complements my other amethyst jewelry. The ring runs perfect to size and can be worn every day or for special occasions, it is the perfect ring. I've had lots of complements on this ring and with good cause. Maybe the previous reviewer does not like large rings.
