I was so excited to receive my package, but when I opened the box I was truly disappointed: The string was broken and the necklace was in two pieces. I am in the process of returning it.

This necklace was a piece of sheer JUNK!
It' was damaged,chipped and severely flawed.I could hardly believe HSN sold such an item. Clearly NO quality control here.

I was very eager to get my ruby necklace, but I was VERY DISAPPOINTED when it arrived. I sent it back today. It looked as if the string had broken at one time and someone tried reknotting it, instead of restringing it. You could see the frayed knot ends up near the clasp. It was poorly crafted and way over-priced. I can buy and string my own real, natural ruby beads for about $50 and do a MUCH better job at stringing them.

This was poor quality. The material that was put on the beads to seal them did not even coat the beads completely. It was not worth the money and the beads looked very bad. I sent it back without even wearing it once that is how bad it was and I love my jewelry but I would not wear that necklace.
