This is a beautiful ring with lots of sparkle in the sunshine. Considering the price a great deal, especially because of the beautiful blue Kyanite center stone.

I love this ring! One reason is the rarity of the stones, both the faceted kyanite (a mineral rarely found in facetable form) and the zircon, especially the brown ones. The design of this ring is out of the ordinary and very pleasing to look at. I find myself staring at it. It's hypnotic, I think because of the unusual color combination. I wear it on the index finger of my right hand or on my left thumb. It is comfortable on both digits. In contrast with some of the reviewers, I do not find the amount of silver to be flimsy at all. I wear rings on all or most of my fingers, so I don't want or need all of my rings to be really heavy. I agree with the reviewer who wrote that she liked the open back construction. I also clean my rings before I wear them and this construction allows me to see that the stones are clean and sparkly.

A vibrant oval Nepalese blue kyanite stone (approx. 7x5mm=1.05ct) is bezel-set in the star-shaped center, accented by round pavé-set Cambodian brown zircon stones (approx. 1.5 to 2mm=.31ct). The domed sterling silver ring is covered with glittering round pavé-set Cambodian white zircon stones (approx. 2mm=1.91ct).
