I purchased this ring for my daughters 21st birthday, she loved the ring and so did I until a week ago she started losing diamonds out of the ring…how disappointing. I called HSN customer service department to see what they could do for me and all they could say was your going to be mad at me but to bad so sad it is past the time and we can’t do anything for you...WOW, that was not what I was expecting to hear from them… I am so upset with HSN right now! I purchase several things from them every year… now I will have to reconsider ever ordering from them again with this kind of customer service it is not worth it. If you are considering ordering this ring I would think twice about it before you do…they won’t help you if it is past the 30days and you will be stuck with a worthless $100+ dollar ring that you can’t do anything with!

I purchased the ring beginning of July as it looked so georgeous in the show. When it arrived I was pretty happy with the way it looked as well. Now, after barely 2 month of wear it is totally bent! I have a couple other sterling silver rings that are a good 10-20 years old (no diamonds, so way cheaper!) that have never bent! I contacted HSN to see what can be done and since the 30 days return time was obviously over I was told there was absolutely nothing they can or will do but I should bring it to a jeweler to get fixed. "Outstanding Customer Service" especially considering that at that rate I will bring this ring to the jeweler every couple of month! This was my first and last order from HSN and I'm sure to pass my experience on.

This ring is absolutely stunning. When I opened the box I was so pleased. Looks to be very well made and oh so pretty.
I have to say I did return it, but certainly not for anything negative concerning the ring. I am in my 60's and just thought for my age it was too cutesy. 15 years ago, I would not have blinked an eye at wearing it!
A must buy. Nice price, beautifully constructed, and gorgeous!

I wear this ring on my index finger on the same hand as my silver,diamond ,anniversary ring .Each ring compliments the other and the diamonds sparkle.The ring is actually prettier than it looks on the TV or on the web site.IM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS RING AND YOU WILL BE ALSO IF YOU LOVE BUTTERFLYS LIKE I DO.

I love butterflies, so I fell in love with this ring. It is very cute and the butterfly is a decent size. The diamonds are on the small size but thats ok cause the price is right. My husband said it wasnt worth the money but its just too cute to return. I wear it all the time!
