I ordered these last month , early in the month and when they didn't come I called customer service who a man who was obviously having a bad day yelled at me what their protocol was and I felt like I had been scolded at 6 years old in the principal's office. I did call back in tears and someone else appologised for the other man's actions and told me they would fix the problem. Customer serivice is ususallt 2nd to none at HSN and still is in my book, all but the man I 1st spoke to, mean!

I gave this as a gift to the woman who walked and fed my dog and cat THREE TIMES A DAY while I was at a conference in another state. I wanted to give her some form of heart jewelry to recognize the great BIG HEART she has. She FLIPPED for joy when she saw these earrings! Thank you.
