Concentric channels of round diamonds (approx. 1mm=.15ct) and pink sapphires (approx. 2mm=.4ct) frame the heart-shaped cutout. Round pink sapphires (approx. 2.25mm=1.3ct) are prong-set on the scalloped edge.
